In Khao Lak there are two season:
• rainy season from April-may to October-November
• dry season from November to April
In principle, the rainy season in Khao Lak is unpleasant. There are not so much rains (they are mostly at night), but the fact that the sea is stormy and becomes dirty and ugly. Yes, and excursions to the islands for summer months are canceled. Since Khao Lak is not a very crowded resort, and in the summer there are few people at all. Some hotels, bars, restaurants and shops just close for the summer, because of the weather Khao Lak.
